本文报导经鼻修补脑脊液鼻漏５例。结果表明经鼻修补脑脊液鼻漏可以避免颅内法的许多缺点及并发症，降低了手术的危险性，提高了手术的成功率。前额带血管蒂肌一健膜一骨膜瓣抗感染力强，血运丰富，成活率高；鼻窦内窥镜经鼻修补，明视下手术，止血彻底，漏孔定位准确。鼻窦粘膜清除彻底，手术简单，反应轻，术后处理容易，成功率高。

Five cases of cerebrospi nal rhinorrhea were repai red via nasal approach.One pa-tient died on the twelveth day after the operation. The other four cases were cured of the cere-brospinal rhinorrhea after only one procedu re,Transnasal repair of cerebrospi nalrhinorrhea pos-sesses the following advantages:short appromch,dear field of vlsion,no side injury,few complica-tions and less cosmetic influence,Especially,the advent of functional transnasal endoscopic sinus surgery has brought new opportunities in the repair of difficult cerebro6pinal fluid leaks of the paranasal sinuses.
