ENR的制备及其与SBR的相容性研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用原位氧化法对天然胶乳进行环氧化改性,考察环氧化反应的影响因素,制备环氧化度为15%-75%的ENR,并通过傅立叶转换红外光谱、核磁共振谱和热分析仪对其进行分析和表征。结果表明,天然胶乳中固形物质量分数为0.3、表面活性剂质量为干胶质量的1%、反应温度为30℃时,天然胶乳的环氧化反应进行得较为顺利;随着环氧化度的增大,ENR的起始分解温度呈上升趋势;ENR在环氧化度不大于35.5%时与SBR相容性较好,随着环氧化度增大,相容性变差。
