摘要
应用变质量系统热力学理论分析轮胎蒸汽/氮气硫化过程。根据质量守恒和能量守恒定律对胶囊系统进行热力学分析,在一定的假设条件下建立描述胶囊热力系统状态的数学模型,并根据不同的边界条件,得到各阶段的数学模型,为轮胎蒸汽/氮气硫化模拟分析打下基础。
The steam/nitrogen vulcanization of tire was theoretically analyzed by variable mass thermodynamics system. The bladder system was thermodynamically analyzed based on the law of conservation of energy and the law of conservation of mass, a mathematic model was established with certain assumed conditions to describe the status of thermodynamics system of bladder, and the mathematic models at different stages were obtained based on different boundary conditions to simulate the steam/nitrogen vulcanization of tire.
