社区妇女围绝经期的全科医疗服务及其成效

General Practice Service and Effect of Perimenopause of Women in the Community

目的探讨社区妇女围绝经期的全科医疗模式和成效。方法开展社区妇女围绝经期综合征的流行病学调查,以健康教育为先导,以降低危险因素为目标,做好病因学和发病学预防,促使围绝经期妇女正确认识和理解围绝经期的概念,认识出现症状的原因及可治疗性和自愈性,消除恐惧心理,自觉做好围绝经期保健。对用改良的Kupperman症状评分法评分总分≥7分的社区围绝经期妇女,采用生物—心理—社会医学模式进行干预。结果干预治疗对象的13种围绝经期症状得到显著改善(P<0.01)。结论以妇幼保健进社区为切入点,开展社区妇女围绝经期的全科医疗服务,是综合防治社区妇女围绝经期综合征的重要措施,能够有效地提高社区围绝经期妇女的生活质量。

OBJECTIVE This thesis investigates the general practice pattern and effect of perimenopause of women in the community. METHODS Conducted the epidemiology survey of female perimenopause syndromes of women in the community. Took the health education to be foremost and the risky factors were decreased to be aim. Cot the etiology prevent and the aetilogy prevent well. Urging the perimenopause women to know perimenopause concept, cause and cures. Dispelled their fears and got them to conscious health care. Adopted the Bio-psychosocial medicine model to help for the perimenopause women which the scores of the improved Kupperman syndrome were ≥ 7 scores. RESULTS The 13 syndromes of perimenopause of the objects were helped have ameliorated evidently （P〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION General practice services which women and children health care into communities is one critical measure to heal and prevent perimenopause syndromes. It can improve the living quality of perlmenopause women in community.
