光动力疗法的重复治疗贯穿于黄斑下脉络膜新生血管（CNV）的整个治疗过程中。因此有必要对重复治疗的必要性、重复和终止治疗的指征、重复治疗的时间间隔及安全性等问题进行阐述，针对尚不明确且有争议之处提出个人看法，旨在为科学开展重复治疗研究提供参考。

Mutiple sessions of photodynamic therapy （PDT） is essential in the whole treatments of subfoveal chorodial neovascularization. This article analyzes the necessity, the indications, termination, interval and safety for the reapplication of PDT. Some of unresolved issues and controversies in the application of PDT are discussed. The advice for patient selection and m-treatment is given in the paper.
