全氟化碳乳剂对急性肺损伤大鼠肺内水通道蛋白1影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 临床上多种疾患均可引起全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)并进一步发展为急性肺损伤(Au)、急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)及多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS),最终导致患者死亡,在高危患者中积极预防ALI的发生,对降低危重病患者的病死率具有十分重要的现实意义。我们前期研究表明,预防应用全氟化碳乳剂(NPE,北京天水生物科技公司)静脉注射可显著减轻内毒素(LPS)所致ALI动物的肺病理损伤,但由于该领域研究国内外报道较少,机制尚不清楚。本研究从肺湿重/干重、肺泡通透指数、肺病理三方面评价ALI时肺水肿的严重程度,同时对肺内水通道蛋白1(AQP1)基因和蛋白表达变化进行检测,以期探讨NPE静脉注射预防ALI的机制。
