摘要
将实验室研究成果转化为商业化的产品,是目前我国技术创新中的薄弱环节之一,很多时候是非技术因素导致了创新的中断。技术整合指企业通过有效整合内外部各种资源,为实现新技术的商业化构建价值链的过程,是企业技术创新和研究成果商业化的必要途径。本文是对企业技术整合的实证研究,作者在对24个企业的技术整合进行调研后,发现成功项目与问题项目在5个方面有明显差异,一是项目信息沟通;二是职能知识积累;三是原材料选择;四是生产设施选择;五是对商业化目标的重视。通过问卷调查及统计分析,检验这5个差异性因素对技术整合绩效影响的显著性,发现进入商业化前对商业化目标的重视程度对提高技术整合绩效有着显著效果。
The inability in transferring technology in laboratory to commercialization is one of the biggest problems in technology innovation in China. Many of the failures were due to no-technology factors. As the necessary stage in innovation, technology integration (TI) is a set of activities that firms construct the valuechain for the commercialization of new technology by integrating different kinds of resources both inside and outside. This is an empirical study. Following the field investigations in 24 Chinese firms, five factors are proposed to have relationship with the difference in the performance of TI projects: (1) inter-stage communication during execution; (2) accumulation of knowledge on other functions; (3) the consideration in commercially supplying capability of material before commercialization; (4) the consideration in commercially operating capability of facilities before commercialization; (5) focusing on commercial target all along. A sample of 62 projects in Chinese firms is selected and analyzed. The significant effects of focusing on commercial target are supported.
