摘要
文章在阐述信任在企业-大学(U／I)合作创新中重要性的基础上,研究了信任在U／I合作中的来源及影响信任的主要因素,并分析了信任的产生机制、运行机制和保障机制,在此基础上试着建立了U／I合作的信任机制模型。
This paper introduce the import of trust during the process of cooperative innovation between university and industry. After that we research on the resource of trust and the main factors that affect the trust of cooperative innovation between university and industry. Then we analyze the emergence mechanism, operation mechanism and protect mechanism of trust and try to establish the model about trust mechanism of cooperative innovation between university and industry.
