实施社会保险基金风险预警预报,是确保社会保险基金安全,完善社会保障体系的有效措施。提出了基于J2EE技术支持的社会保险基金运营风险预警系统的系统架构、功能框架、MVC结构等总体设计思路,继而给出系统的EJB详细设计方案。

Development of early warning systems for the social security funds contributes a major part to the safety of the social security funds and provides a fundamental measure to improve the social security systems. This paper expounds some ideas on the design of architecture and whole function framework and MVC structure, then the detail program of EJB is given out.
