虚拟集群:经济全球化中集群的创新与发展被引量：14

摘要虚拟集群是指基于网络的、以现代信息和通信技术为主要交流手段、以合作创新与共同发展(如共同主导和创新技术标准等)为目的和内容的相互关联的企业与组织在虚拟空间的集聚。经济全球化和网络经济时代的到来,为虚拟集群的形成提供了契机;创新模式的发展、以技术标准为纽带的创新网络的出现和产业组织的虚拟化,共同推动了虚拟集群的发展;从动态演化的角度,虚拟集群也是集群自身发展与创新的结果。
