磷光体Li_2B_4O_7:Cu,Ag,P的热释光特性 被引量:3

摘要 报道了以Cu,Ag和P激活的Li2B4O7磷光体的热释光特性.测量了该磷光体的热释光曲线和热释光谱,研究了热释光剂量响应函数和衰退特性,结果显示该磷光体衰退低且具有较宽线性剂量响应范(10^-4~10^3Gy).
