金属表层稳定位错组态 被引量:4

摘要 根据位错能量理论计算了金属表层位错的稳定组态,结果表明金属表层稳定的位错组态只受柏氏矢量的影响,并表现为位错线在接近与自由表面垂直的有限范围内变动.
