摘要
总结血管外科主要疾病——主动脉疾病、周围动脉疾病和静脉疾病的诊治现状和进展,特别论述了血管腔内治疗的进展和需要解决的问题,简述了血管外科基础研究的热点,并提出了关于血管外科医师培训和进行多中心前瞻性研究的观点。
This article reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of the main vascular diseases with surgical approach, especially the advance and challenge of endovascular therapy. Highlight of the basic studies on vascular surgery was briefly introduced. Also, the author proposes his recommendation on vascular surgeons training as well as the design and performance of multi-center prospective studies.
