摘要
对于企业家的认识及其与职业经理的区分,不仅是一个实践问题,也是一个理论问题。在企业中,企业家既要承担自己的个人风险也要承担企业的风险,而经理人却只是承担自己的个人风险,因此企业家相对比职业经理具有更加极端的心理特质:(1)富于幻想,有强烈的创业冲动;(2)自信,有强烈的成就欲;(3)叛逆,乐于冒险;(4)狂热,偏执。该文对企业家与职业经理的心理特质差异进行探讨,丰富了原有研究。
Theoretically and practically, it is necessary to distinguish from entrepreneur and manager. In an enterprise, the entrepreneur has to undertake both personal risk and enterprise risk, while the manager just undertakes personal risk. Therefore, comparatively, the entrepreneur is provided with radical mental characteristics: enthusiasm, monomania, imaginativeness, and entrepreneurship; self-confidence, strong desire of achievement; rebelliousness and adventurousness.
