含噻二唑膦酸的合成及对铜缓蚀性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 用2-氨基噻二唑、醛(或酮)与亚磷酸反应,应用融熔法与溶剂法合成了一系列新的噻二唑膦酸,并用IR、1HNMR、31PNMR等方法对化合物进行了表征。这一系列新的膦酸对铜有较好的缓蚀防腐作用。应用环丁砜作溶剂的方法具有产率高、分离方法简单的优点。 In this paper, the method for synthesis of 5 new phosphonic acid products, from the reactions of 2-amine thiadiazole and different aldehydes(or ketone) with phosphorous acid by the melting method or the solvent method, was introduced. These compounds were identified by IR, ^1HNMR, and ^31PNMR. Result showed that the method using sulfolane as the solvent offered the advantages of achieving good yields and easy purification of the products, and these compounds could provide copper with excellent corrosion resistance.
