摘要
以普通氧化镁和邻苯二甲酸为原料,采用流变相-前驱物法制备了纳米氧化镁粉体,用元素分析和红外光谱表征了前驱物的组成和结构,通过热重分析确定了煅烧温度,分别用X射线粉末衍射、透射电镜对纳米氧化镁粉体的结构及形貌大小进行表征。用该法制备出的纳米氧化镁粉体为立方晶型,形状近似球形,分散性好,平均粒径约为10 nm。
The nanometer-scale magnesium oxide powder was prepared from conventional magnesium oxide and phthalic acid using the rheology phase-precursor method. The precursor was characterized by elementary analysis and IR. The calcination temperature was determined by TG analysis. The structure and appearance of nanometer-scale magnesium oxide powder was studied by XRD and TEM, respectively. It was shown that the crystallites of the powder prepared by the said method was cubical, with the outer appearance close to well dispersed spheres. The average crystal size was 10 nm.
