摘要
利用石蜡制片和数码照相的方法,观察美洲商陆(P.decandra L.)的根、茎、叶及不同生长龄贮藏根的解剖结构,结果表明:美洲商陆根的初生木质部为四原型,早期根的次生结构正常,根、茎中均存在异常的次生生长,三生结构中薄壁组织发达,维管束稀少。不同生长龄贮藏根中淀粉粒含量不同,其中二年生不含淀粉粒,三年生的含量很少,四年生、六年生的含量丰富,淀粉粒贮藏在栓内层及薄壁细胞中,额外形成层中不含淀粉粒。生长龄不同,额外形成层、栓内层的宽度和细胞大小不同。商陆叶中叶肉细胞排列疏松。

The young root's secondary structure is normal. There are unusual secondary growth in root and stem. Parenchyma of the tertiary structure is very rich, have little vascular bundle Roots of different years have different content of starch grain. For example, content of two - year - root content is the least, three - year - root has litter content too, content of four - year - root and six - year - root is plentiful, Starch grain stored in phelloderm and parenchyma. There is no starch grain in supernumerary cambium. Roots are different in the width of supernumerary cambium and phelloderm and the cell. there is big space among mesophyll cell.
