摘要
重点介绍磁场取向成形技术和设备,包括可变换极向的脉冲磁场取向设备、脉冲磁场冷态等静压机(CIP)、磁场橡皮模压机(RIP),旨在提高压坯的取向度,即磁体的磁化强度(剩磁),以引起广大磁体厂家对现有工艺技术改进及设备改造的重视。
The present paper stressed on forming process by using press with high magnetic orientation field, including isostatic pressing under pulse magnetic field (CIP) and forming by rubber mold under isostatic press (RIP). The orientation degree would be much improved by using such forming process, the remanence of magnet is improved as well.
