摘要 用普通氮窑批量生产的FPT宽温低功耗软磁铁氧体材料和磁芯,25~100℃宽温范围、100kHz、200mT条件下其功率损耗均低于400kW/m3,适用于视听设备、通信仪表、计算机显示器和其它待机时间较长的电源系统。而且高温时(工作状态下)功耗值还大大低于EPCOS公司不久前推出的低待机功耗N51材料。可使用普通推板窑密堆积烧结,具有低成本、高品质优势。 Broad temperature low loss FPT type soft ferrite material and core are mass-produced in common roller-kiln. In a broad temperature range from 25℃ to 100℃, the power loss of the ferrite cores is less than 400kW/m^3 at 100kHz, 200mT. This material is very suitable for using in audiovisual equipment, communication instruments, computer displays, and other long time standby power supplies. Furthermore, at a higher temperature (working state), the power loss of the material is also far less than that of N51 material which is just put out by EPCOS, The FPT ferrite material can be sintered with dense accumulation high quality in common roller-kiln, which features low cost and high quality.
