摘要
报道了中北通磁公司在全国产化设备的生产线上,应用真空熔炼速凝片铸工艺与氢爆碎、气流磨、低氧工艺相结合的方法生产高性能烧结NdFeB永磁材料,讨论了工艺技术对磁体的微结构和磁性能的影响。采用合理的成分与先进的工艺技术,批量生产高性能的烧结NdFeB磁体,综合指标达到Hcj/79.6kA·m^-1+(BH)m/7.96kJ·m^-3=63~65。
In this paper, we introduce the advanced production processes for mass production of sintered NdFeB in Shenyang General Magnetic Co, Ltd, (SGM), including strip casting (SC), hydrogen decrepitation (HD), jet milling (JM) and low oxygen processes (LOP). The effects of process and technology on the microstructure and magnetic properties are discussed. Applying ideal alloying ingredient and advanced technologies, high performance Nd-Fe-B magnet can be mass-produced with Hcj/79.6 kA · m^-1 + (BH)m/7.96 kJ · m^-3=63-65.
