The detailed measures for sustainable development of Huanghe River Delta based on analyses of its resources and advantage and development trend were presented. The authors think that planning the layout of development projects as a whole according to regional conditions, focusing on irrigation works construction and implementing eco-economy development strategy are the key measures to bring about sustainable development, and the rational development of resources and sustainable development will supplement each other.
