研制用化工废渣(磷石膏)制做磷石膏空心条板的生产工艺方法,较使用天然石膏为原料的传统生产工艺有改进的独到之处。生产出来的产品质量完全可代替天然石膏空心条板,达到国家规定的技术标准,成本价格却大幅度下降,为深入推广使用这种高档墙体材料找到一条可行途径。即处理了有害工业废渣,解决了排渣单位急待处理废渣的难题,保护了生态环境,又为建筑业提供了一种新型墙体材料,效益显著。

The productive techinque of using chemical waste dregs (phosphorated gypsum) to produce empty planks of phosporated gypsum has been characterized by a lot of improvement compared with traditional productive technique. The products can fully replace natural empty planks of gypsum and reach the national standards. By using dregs as main raw mat-erail, product cost can be reduced greatly so as to popularize the high quality building material.
