组合式数字焊接系统的研究

摘要 研究一种基于微处理器控制的数字焊接系统,系统采用模块化设计,模块单元之间通过通信协议进行参数的传输和共享,通过模块之间的组合,通过软件可实现多种系统静外特性,满足不同焊接工艺的要求。系统具有良好的抗干扰性和可扩展性。针对逆变电源和高压脉冲引弧产生的强电磁干扰,提出了相应的可靠性设计方法。 A kind of digital welding system controlled by microprocessor is discussed,which is consisted of the different functional units and get the feature of anti-interference and good expandability.The digital welding system can satisfied versatile welding purpose that achieved by the multiple feedback control via software.The design rule under the strong electromagnetic circumstance is given.
