摘要
针对交通实时路况图像提出了一种基于灰色模型的图像编码方法。该方法通过对二维图像数据的一维转换、新数据的二维DCT变换和灰色模型GM(1,1)的系数保存等3个步骤来实现对图像数据的压缩。该法简单方便、快速高效,并已针对小幅复杂交通路况在中低信噪比取得了好的结果。对像素为256×256的复杂交通图像,误差图像正负误差值之和绝大部分都在150以内。
Present an image compression method based on grey system model.According to the three steps:the converting of two dimension image data to one dimension,two dimension DCT transform of the newborn data,and the saving coefficient of the GM(1,1 ), we achieve the image compression coding successfully.The method's most merit is facility and high efficiency.This method is high performance aimed at the small complex traffic image,especially in middle and low signal to noise ratio.The majority summation of the positive value and the negative value in the error image are all below 150,aimed at a small complex traffic image which is 256 multiply 256.
