摘要
随着LED的飞速发展,作为重要原材料的高纯氨的纯度已达到7 N(99.99999%),传统的净化方法已成为初级预处理手段。介绍了当今世界最先进的氨净化方法,旨在提高我国超纯氨国产化水平,以满足中国LED生产的需要。
With rapid development of LED,the purity of high purity ammonia used as important raw material reach to 7 N, traditional purifying methods have been primary pretreatmemt means. Aiming at increasing nationalization degree of ultrahigh purity ammonia in China,the most advanced methods of purifying ammonia in the world are introduced in order to meet the needs of production of LED in China.
