LAMP方法在食品微生物检测中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 食品中病原微生物是影响食品安全性的最主要生物因素。本文综述了近年来LAMP方法在食品微生物检测及其他领域中的具体应用实例和研究进展,并对LAMP方法在食品微生物检测及其他领域中的应用前景做了展望。
