餐厨垃圾处置方法探讨 被引量:42

摘要 餐厨垃圾具有有机物含量高、含水率高、容易在短时间内腐烂发臭和滋生苍蝇等特点,处理不当容易造成二次污染.结合目前我国城市中餐厨垃圾处理现状,文章提出了一套餐厨垃圾管理体系,详细探讨了餐厨垃圾分类、登记备案、分类收集、专门收运,以及餐厨垃圾集中处理厂集中处理的方法,最后详细探讨了餐厨垃圾的统一处置的资源化、无害化、减量化的措施和方法,为城市餐厨垃圾的有效处理处置提供了新的方法和思路. Food residues have the character of high organic content, high moisture content, readily getting rotten and breeding flies in a short term. Improper disposal can cause secondary pollution. Based on the present status of treatment for municipal food residues, management system of food residues was put forward in this paper. The classification of food residues, register and record, sorted collection, special transportation and the managing measures of treating food residues together in garbage dump were also investigated. At last, the centralized management and disposal methods of food residues with recovery, reduction, hazard- free were discussed.
