摘要
该文主要从理工文、教学和科研、国内和国际三个方面较为全面地探讨了环境科学与工程创新人才的培养问题,提出了理工文融合——环境科学与环境工程融合、兼及一定的人文教育,是培养创新型环境科学与工程人才的关键;教学和科研结合,是培养创新型环境科学与工程人才的保证;与国际接轨,是培养创新型环境科学与工程人才的捷径的3个主要观点。
This paper thoroughly discussed the problem of cultivating innovative talents majoring in environmental science and engineering from the aspects of science, engineering and humanities education, teaching and scientific research, national and international practice. This paper further presented that integrating environmental science, environmental engineering into humanities education is the key, combing the teaching with scientific research is the insurance and corresponding to the international practice is the access for cultivating innovative talents on environmental science and engineering.
