把测试技术和计算机技术有机地结合起来，研制了用于实验教学的虚拟仪器通用综合测试平台。该平台包括有激励和测量的综合仪器功能，能在计算机的控制下完成自动测试实验，在此平台的基础上，建设了实验教学系统和实验教学环境，进行实验教学内容和方法的改革，开设出综合性、设计性实验，在本科生实验教学和实践能力的培养中取得了较好的效果。

This paper studied the development of a general purpose testing platform for virtual instruments that is used in lab for teaching and learning. This platform organically integrates the measurement and computer technologies, consists of integrated instrument functionalities such as stimulation and measurement and is able to complete the automated testing labs under the computer control. A lab teaching and learning system and environment is established based on this platform to foster the reform of both the content and methodologies of experiment education. New integrated and design oriented labs were developed which were proved to obtain good results in cultivation of the undergraduates＇ experiment education and experimental capabilities.
