ANALYSIS ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE INVESTMENT IN TRANSPORTATION SAFETY AND TRANSPORTATION SCALE

适应运输对象对运输量和运输安全的需求，应保证一定的铁路运输生产规模和运输安全投入。

The capacity load and the safety are two requirements in transportation.In order to fulfil these requirements,transportation enterprise must have a certain scale of transportation and investment in safety measures.Based on the concepts and behavior conducted by enterprise in fulfilling these two requirements,the relationship between the investment in safety measures and the expansion of transportation scale is analyzed,and the relationship between the amount and the time of safety investment is also discussed.
