安全用药流程的临床研究与应用

Clinical Study and Application of Safe Medication Flow-sheet

目的避免用药护理缺陷的发生。方法心血管科与呼吸内科2004年1月-2005年6月发生用药护理缺陷37例次,通过分析原用药流程及其弊端,组建安全用药护理研究小组,确立目标,制定安全用药流程,实施监控流程等,控制用药护理缺陷的发生。结果应用安全用药流程后,该科2005年7月-2006年5月发生用药护理缺陷6例次,其中,2005年10月-2006年5月(后8个月)无用药护理缺陷发生。结论安全用药流程的实施实现了用药护理质量的持续提高,为创建零缺陷流程型科室奠定了基础。

Objective To prevent from the flaws in medication nursing. Methods 37 flaws were found in department of cardiology and department of respirator medicine from Jan. 2004 to Jun. 2006. By analyzing their medication flow-sheet and flaws, the authors set up a safe medication group, made a safe medication flow-sheet and monitored the flow-sheet to prevent the flaws. Results After the application of safe medication flow-sheet, only 6 flaws were found from Jul. 2005 to May. 2006 and no flaw in medication nursing was found from Oct. 2005 to May. 2006. Conclusion The application of safe medication flow-sheet promotes the continuous improvement of medication nursing quality, which provides a base for departments to achieve the goal of zero flaws in safe medication.
