总结98例血铅异常患者在门诊治疗的观察与护理经验:患者在门诊分组分批接受驱铅治疗,既不影响门诊工作运转,又不影响工厂的正常生产;静脉滴注依地酸钠时要缓慢给药,选择合适的针头,做好静脉护理;注意血铅、尿铅的采集方法;密切观察药物的不良反应,及时给予适当的处理;根据患者的不同情况给予卫生宣教和健康教育;督促企业及时改善工厂的工作环境,促进工人的健康。98例血铅异常者,经在门诊驱铅治疗2～5个疗程,配合精心护理,基本痊愈。

The paper summarized observation of clinical treatment and nursing experience of patients with lead poisoning. Patients received lead-eliminating treatment group by group, which would neither affect the work of clinic nor the normal work of factory. The speed of vein transfusion of Na-EDTA should be slow, the proper needle should be chosen and good nursing of vein should be per- formed. It is necessary to pay attention to methods of collecting serum lead and urinary lead, observe adverse reaction carefully and find a proper solution. Health education should be given according to the different situations of patients. It is important to urge the factory to improve the working environment and promote workers＇ health. 98 patients with serum lead all recovery after receiving lead-eliminating treatment for 2-5 periods and good nursing.
