摘要
用电化学方法研究了4个中氮茚萘醌化合物与小牛胸腺DNA(CT-DNA)作用前后在玻碳(GC)电极上的电化学行为.实验结果表明,中氮茚萘醌化合物在pH为7.2的PBS缓冲溶液中的循环伏安曲线中有两对氧化还原峰,该氧化还原反应主要由溶液中化合物的扩散过程控制;加入CT-DNA后化合物的氧化还原式电位明显正移,表明化合物与CT-DNA的相互作用以嵌入方式为主.
The interaction of four indolizine-naphthoquinones and CT-DNA was studied by cyclic voltammetry at glass carbon electrode. The results indicated that there were two couples of redox peaks and the redox reaction was controlled mainly by diffusion from the curve of Ip vs scan rate. The currents and peaks of indolizine-naphthoquinones decreased and shifted to the positive direction by adding CT-DNA in pH = 7.2 PBS solution. It can be suggested that the interaction between indolizine - naphthoquinones and DNA may be in the intercalative mode in the pH = 7. 2 phosphate buffer solution.
