摘要
研究了外源GA3对不同浓度的盐胁迫(NaCl)下北美海蓬子种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:外源GA3促进了盐胁迫条件下北美海蓬子种子萌发.在外源GA3处理下,北美海蓬子幼苗中脯氨酸的含量高于单盐处理,而可溶性蛋白含量影响不大;抗氧化酶活性、O2.产生速率值和MDA值低于单盐处理,说明外源GA3可以加强北美海蓬子自身抗胁迫能力,其主要途径是增加体内的脯氨酸含量起作用.另外,在外源GA3处理下的北美海蓬子根系活力显著提高,说明外源GA3有利于北美海蓬子在盐胁迫下生长.
Effects of exogenous GA3 on seed germination and seedling growth of Salicornia Bigelovii Torr under different concentrations of salt (NaCl) stress were studied. The result showed that exogenous GA3 promoted the seed germination of Salicornia Bigelovii Torr under salt stress. Under the treatment of exoge- nous GA3 ,the activity of anti-oxidant enzyme ,the producing rate of O2^- and the content of MDA were lower than that of single salt stress. It revealed that exogenous GA3 could enhance the resist-stress ability of Salicornia bigelovii Torr. The content of proline under exogenous GA3 treatment were higher than that of salt stress treatment but the content of soluble protein changed little which indicated that the exogenous GA3 alleviated the salt stress mainly by increasing proline content. In addition, root activity were im- proved notably by exogenous GA3 treatment which showed that the exogenous GA3 was advantaged to the growth of Salicornia Bigelovii Torr under salt stress.
