摘要
介绍了现行设备维修制度的不足,分析了铸造行业设备维修的现状。通过相应的变革,变静态修理为动态修理,阐述了动态修理中的动态分析原理;探索了检测与诊断、信息管理的利用。大幅度提高了铸造设备的运营效益。
The weak point of current equipment maintenance system is pointed out and the present maintenance status of equipment maintenance in foundry industry is analyzed. Through relevant revolution, the equipment maintenance changes from static equipment maintenance to dynamic one, in which dynamic analysis, dynamic detection, dynamic diagnoses, and dynamic information management are adopted and combined. Big operational benefit of casting equipment is gained by employing the dynamic equipment maintenance.
