摘要
本文根据辽宁省近50a的气候要素温度和降水量的资料,分析了辽宁省温度和降水量的变化趋势及其在时空上变化的趋势。分析了气候要素的变化与水资源的关系及影响。研究表明:辽宁水资源有逐渐减少的趋势,近年情况尤为突出。辽宁省年温度的升高和降水量减少与水资源总量减少的变化基本一致。开发云水资源,合理利用水资源可以解决水资源短缺的问题。
to the data of temperature and precipitation during recent 50 years, the change trend of climate elements in Liaoning Province and their effect on water resources were analyzed. The results showed that the water resources were reduced due to the climate change and the change of precipitation was consistent with that of the water resources. Utilizing and protecting water resources and exploiting the water resource in atmosphere were reasonable methods.
