石羊河流域地下水资源及其保护战略对策研究

Study on Groundwater Resources and the Protective Strategy in Shiyang River Basin

本文在充分分析石羊河流域地下水资源开采现状的基础上,进行了全区地下水资源评价,并根据资源现状和需求探讨了地下水资源可持续利用战略对策。研究认为该地区经济发展已经超出了水资源的承载能力,为确保经济社会的可持续发展,必须保护地下水资源,建立自然与人类和谐发展的用水机制。

On the basis of the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources in the Shiyang River basin, groundwater resources were evaluated and the countermeasures for sustainable development were discussed according to the status quo and the demands. The results indicated that the lack of water resources had been a restrictive factor to the sustainable development of local economy. Some strategies and advices were proposed to protect the water resources and auarantee the sustainable development of economy and society.
