摘要
通过有限元软件ANSYS,结合机械优化设计方法,对Φ500mm钛合金压力容器进行应力分析和结构优化设计。优化结果表明:在容器重量下降331g,降低约2%的基础上,结构不连续区域最大应力下降183.84MPa,降低约17.23%,容器应力分布更加均匀合理。
Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS, this paper analyzed the stress distribution in a φ550 titanium alloy pressure vessel and optimized its structural design by use of the method of optimal design about machanism. The result of optimization shows that the maximal stress descends 183.83MPa in the area of structure discontinuity,about 17. 23 percent of the maximum,on the basis of the weight of the pressure vessel descending 331g which is about 2 percent of the total weight.
