摘要
介绍了基于AT89C52的散状固体流量控制系统的硬件结构、控制策略和软件流程。选用AT89C52作为CPU,采用冲量流量计测量散状固体流量,运用模糊控制理论实现该模糊检测与控制系统,文中给出了控制器的结构图和控制规则表。实验表明该系统具有良好的测控效果,可使粉状固体流量的控制精度达到±2%。
A bulk-solid flow control system was described and the hardware structure ,the control strategies and the flow of software were presented. The AT89C52 was selected to serve as a central processing unit,and the impact-based flow meter was adopted to measure the flow of bulk-solid in the control system. By using fuzzy logic theory,a fuzzy detection and control system was developed in this paper. The construction drawing of the fuzzy control device was given along with the rules table of the control device. The experimental results has demonstrated that the control system has excellent measurement and control effectiveness ,and the flow of bulk-solid has been controlled to a precision level of ±2%.
