Discussion on the Application of Online Supervisory Technology in Engineering Machinery

目前各种工程机械所采用的机械仪表只能显示液压系统的少数几个工况参数,不仅不能全面地反映整个系统的工作状态,也不能保存数据。针对这一缺点,利用现有的传感和电子信息技术设计了一套可以显示参数给操作者并实时记录参数变化的在线监测系统以供探讨。

Based on existing sensor technique and electronic information technique,this paper offer a set of online supervisory system which can display the state parameters for operators and record the parameters real-time. The system has overcome the weakness of the machanical instruments commonly used in engineering machinery, which can only indicate the working parameters in the minority ,can＇t record the changing process of the parameters ,and can＇t reflect the active state of hydraulic system.
