摘要
土地价格是土地市场健康运行的关键,建立合理的土地价格是完善土地市场、实现土地资源合理配置的根本保证。现阶段中国土地市场呈现复杂而又多样的特点,影响土地价格形成的因素和力量也具有多样性,因此,只有建立以国家指导价为主体,国家定价和市场定价为补充的定价模式,才能更好的促进土地市场健康、有序的运行。
Land price is the key to the healthy operation of land market, and establishing reasonable land price is the fundamental guarantee of improving land market and allocating land resources reasonably. At the present stage, China's land market is characterized by complexity and diversity, and there are various factors and forces influencing the formation of land price. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a pricing model under which state guiding price plays a dominating role and is supplemented by state price and market price, so as to further promote the healthy and orderly operation of land market.
