摘要
利用大孔树脂,聚酰胺,ODS,Sephadex LH-20等多种层析手段,对玉米须的水提取物进行分离和纯化,经NMR方法解析其化学结构。从中分离到得3个黄酮类化合物,分别为:刺芒柄花素(7-羟基-4′-甲氧基异黄酮)(Ⅰ),2-″O-α-L-鼠李糖基-6-C-(3-脱氧葡萄糖基)-3′-甲氧基木犀草素(Ⅱ),2-″O-α-L-鼠李糖基-6-C-(6-脱氧-ax-5-甲基-木-己-4-羰基)-3′-甲氧基木犀草素(Ⅲ)。化合物(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)在玉米须中首次分得。
The three flavones were isolated from water extracts of corn silk by chromatography on macroporous resin, polyamide, ODS and Sephadex LH-20. Three compounds were identified as formononetin (7-hydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone) ( Ⅰ ) ,2"-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-6-C-(3-deoxyglucosyl)-3'-methoxyluteolin( Ⅱ ) ,2"-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-6-C-(6-deoxy-ax-5-methyl-xylo-hexos-4-ulosyl)-3'-methoxyluteolin(Ⅲ). Compounds ( Ⅰ ) and ( Ⅱ ) were isolated from the corn silk for the first time.
