As the main industry with characteristics, tourism occupies a position of great importance in Tibet development. In order to strengthen the sustained development, the should be： take the mood of government leading as the main body, take continuous development as the principle; enhance basis instrument construction; put forward the strategy of regional cooperation development; improve the private - owned economy＇s percent and affection in tourism industry; implement the strategy of training talent people; advanced the propaganda about scene and tourism product.
