耳穴疗法的优势病种归纳分析

Auricular therapy summarized analysis of the advantages of disease

目的:归纳分析耳穴疗法的疾病谱和优势病种,指导临床更好地应用耳穴。方法:采用回顾性期刊文献系列研究,检索1996～2006年间的耳穴临床报道论文1600余篇,统计耳穴治疗疾病的病种和相应篇章数、病例数,计算百分率。结果:耳穴疗法优势病种共16种。结论:耳穴治疗某些疾病有一定优势,尤其对疼痛性疾病和功能性疾病具有特异性。

Objective:To summarize analysis auricular therapy on advantages of disease and better guide clinical application of auricular therapy. Methods: Recall a series of journal literature research, retrieve more than 1,600 papers on clinical research sections during past 10 years, statistic auricular therapy treatment and diseases of the corresponding chapter number, the number of cases, and calculate percentage. Results : Advantages of disease to auricular therapy: (1) neurasthenia (2) headache neuralgia (3) acne (4) functional GI disorders (5) myopia (6) dysmenorrhea (7) gallbladder concretion (8) splash chloasma (9) obesity (10) abortion (11) eni (12) menopause syndrome (13) rhinitis (4) enuresis uroschesis (15) hypertension (16) meinier syndrome. Conclusion: Auricular therapy of certain diseases has certain advantages, particularly for pain diseases and integrated with specificity.
