针刺配合超短波治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture coordinates with ultra short waves therapy on anaphylactic rhinitis

目的:观察针刺配合超短波治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及其对免疫功能的影响。方法:61例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(29例),治疗组采用针刺配合超短波治疗,对照组仅采用针刺治疗。观察两组疗效与治疗前后外周T淋巴细胞水平。结果:治疗组有效率达93.75%,优于对照组75.86%,经统计学处理P<0.05,差异具有显著性意义。治疗组外周T淋巴细胞CD4/CD8比值明显上调,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合超短波疗法能够治疗过敏性鼻炎,具有显著改善症状,提高机体免疫力的特点。

Objective: This study is to observe and evaluate the immune mechanism and the clinical effect of acupuncture coordinates with ultra short waves on anaphylactic rhinits. Methods: 61 cases of anaphylactic rhinits were randomly divided into a treatment group ( n = 32) and a control group ( n = 29). Treatment group were treated by acupuncture coordinates with ultra short waves, and the control group were merely treated by acupuncture. The clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed and peripheral lymphocyte levels before and after treatment were determined. Results: The effective rate in the treatment group was 93.75%,which was better than 75.86% in the controlgroup(P < 0.05), and the peripheral lymphocyte levels CD4/CD8 were unproved significantly( P < 0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture coordinates with ultra short waves therapy has an obviously curative effect on anaphylactic rhinitis, and they exert the therapeutic effect possibly through regulative action on immunologic functions.
