摘要
研究焊接工艺对焊缝组织和力学性能的影响.利用钨极氩弧焊和焊条电弧焊等方法分别对BFe10-1-1白铜管件进行焊接.发现BFe10-1-1白铜焊缝有比较明显的气孔倾向,在焊接中需要保证适当的焊接电流和焊接速度来防止形成气孔,且BFe10-1-1白铜收缩系数大,焊缝会产生比较明显的横向收缩,需要在接头尺寸设计方面加以注意.实验结果表明:BFe10-1-1白铜的焊接性与普通白铜合金近似,采用适当成分的焊接材料完全可以获得力学性能良好的焊缝.
To research on the effect of welding technologies on the microstructure and mechanical properties of BFe10-1-1 copper-nickel alloy, such welding methods as TIG welding and manual arc welding were applied for joining BFe10-1-1 copper-nickel alloy pipes, respectively. It is suggested that the hydrogen porosity is liable to appear in the BFe10-1-1 weld metal, but can be avoided by using suitable welding current and speed. Because the BFe10-1-1 copper-nickel alloy has a larger contraction coefficient compared with steels, which may result in the remarkable transverse shrinkage, some attention has to be paid in designing both shape and size of the weld joint, h has been found that the weldablity of the BFe10-1-1 copper-nickel alloy is similar to one of the common cupronickel, and a welding joint with favorable mechanical properties can be attained if the suitable welding materials are adopted.
