新西兰羊剥皮加工设备的性能与特点

新西兰在羊屠宰加工技术和设备方面一直处于世界领先地位。本文首先简要地介绍了新西兰在羊剥皮设备方面的研发历史,然后着重描述了目前在新西兰羊屠宰加工厂广泛使用的卷胸皮机、气动肋皮松弛装置、肩背剥皮机和最终剥皮机等主要剥皮设备的性能和特点,最后给出了新西兰综合评价剥皮设备性能的方法。

New Zealand is leading in advanced technology and equipment of sheep slaughtering in the world. First the brief history of pelt puller development for sheep slaughtering in New Zealand was introduced, and then the performances and characters of Brisket Roller,Flanking Tool, Shoulder Puller and Final Puller,which are widely used in sheep slaughterhouses in New Zealand now,were mainly described, finally the method of performance evaluations of pelt pullers was given in this paper.
