桂越非营利组织合作关系探析

Analysis on the Cooperation of NPOs between Guangxi and Vietnam

在建立中国—东盟自由贸易区的宏大背景下,加强桂越非营利组织之间的合作势在必行,但桂越两地非营利组织在合作意识、合作内容、合作规模、合作领域、合作频次、合作方式、合作质量等方面还不尽如人意。两地非营利组织需要在法律、体制、组织建设、政策扶持等方面加快改革和建设的步伐,以推动桂越非营利组织之间的合作。

Under the great background of establishing the China--ASEAN, strengthen the cooperation of NPOs between Guangxi and Vietnam is urgent at hand, but the cooperation is of not entirely as desired in some aspects：the cooperation consciousness, cooperation content, cooperation scale, areas of collaboration, cooperation frequency, cooperation ways, cooperation quality and so on. So it need to accelerate the steps of the reform and construction in the law, the system, the construction, aspects of policy support and so on and to impels the NPOs＇ cooperation between Guangxi and Vietnam.
