摘要
新中国建立后到20世纪90年代,北部湾对外通道的交通格局结构逐步走向合理和完善,但在新中国的计划经济宏观调控下,北部湾地区的交通格局一直处于缓慢发展阶段,探讨其中的原因,对分析今天北部湾地区经济发展的滞后性,寻找经济发展的增长点仍有启发。
Since from the founding of China to 1990's, the transportation systems of the Beibuwan as a foreign channel had come to reach to their reasonability and perfect, however, under the macro control of the planned economy of China, it had been in a relatively slow development. It is of great inspiration to probe the causes and to seek for the new economic growth points on the basis of analyses of the lagging economic empowerment of today's Beibuwan Bay.
