摘要
关于人才问题,张之洞有相当系统的论说。他主张通过听言、观行两种方式辨识人才;他认为必须不拘一格、破格选才;他强调人才的使用必须是人才的特点与需要解决问题相结合;他还通过各种方式鼓励和刺激人才,为人才发挥才能提供了良好环境。总之,他的用人艺术是值得我们借鉴的。
Zhang Zhidong had discussed systematically on the question of talent. He claimed that recognizing the talent by listening their words and observing their accomplishment ; he claimed must single out the talent flexbly; he emphasized that puting to use the talent must conner their capability with the problem; he encouraged the talent by many ways, it provided a good environment for the talents to apply their capability. In a word, the art on the talent of Zhang Zhidong is worth learning today for us.
